Sweepstakes Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Last updated: June 28, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the sweepstakes promotions offered through Gautam Gaming (each, a “Sweepstakes”). By participating, you agree to these Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. These Rules supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor is [Company Legal Name], d/b/a Gautam Gaming, [Registered Business Address] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Each Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry, and who reside in a jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is lawful. The Sweepstakes is void in [Excluded States/Territories] and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and households, are not eligible. You may be required to verify your identity, age, and residency to enter or to claim a prize.

3. Sweepstakes period

Each Sweepstakes has its own start and end date and time, which will be stated for that promotion. Entries submitted before or after the applicable period are void. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to obtain entries, and both have an equal chance of winning:

  • (a) With participation. When you fund your account and play eligible games through Game Platforms as described in chat, you may receive sweepstakes entries as a free, promotional bonus accompanying the credits you obtain. The amount paid is for the credits and service, not for the entries.
  • (b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To receive entries without any purchase or payment, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the phrase “Gautam Gaming Sweepstakes Entry Request” on a plain 3×5 card and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope to: [Company Legal Name], Attn: Sweepstakes AMOE, [Registered Business Address]. Each eligible mailed request received during the Sweepstakes period will receive an entry allotment equal to the standard promotional allotment, up to any per-person limit below. Mail-in requests must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes period and received within [number] days after it ends. Requests generated by automated means, photocopied, or incomplete are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Where offered, an equivalent free online entry request may also be made through our Contact page.

5. Entry limits

Limit: [one (1)] free AMOE request per person/household per [day/Sweepstakes period], and entries are subject to any caps stated for a given promotion. Use of multiple identities, accounts, or addresses to obtain additional entries will void all of your entries.

6. Prizes and approximate retail value

Prizes consist of sweepstakes credits and/or cash-equivalent winnings redeemable as described in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. The number, type, and approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prizes available in a given Sweepstakes will be stated for that promotion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, or as required by law. All prize details not specified in these Rules will be determined by the Sponsor.

7. Odds and winner determination

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and on the chance-based outcomes determined by the independent Game Platforms; the Sponsor does not control those outcomes. Winners are determined by chance. Potential winners may be required to complete identity, age, and eligibility verification and to sign and return any required documents (see Section 9) before a prize is awarded.

8. Notification and claiming a prize

Potential winners will be notified through the contact details associated with their account or AMOE request. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time stated, fails verification, declines a prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and, time permitting, awarded to an alternate. Redemption of winnings is subject to the review and limits in our Terms and AML & Identity Verification Policy.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes and winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, the Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9, issue an IRS Form 1099, and/or withhold amounts, and may require this before a prize is paid. Prizes with a value of $600 or more in a calendar year are generally reportable.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation. The Sponsor will not use your full identity publicly without separate consent.

11. General conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules or the Terms of Service, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and to determine winners from eligible entries received prior to such action. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Service or undermine a Sweepstakes may be a violation of law.

12. Limitation of liability

By participating, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in a Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected, or for technical or human errors.

13. Disputes and governing law

Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or relating to a Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of [Governing-Law State] and resolved as set out in the “Dispute resolution” section of our Terms of Service, including individual arbitration and waiver of class actions.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Winners list

For the name(s) of the winner(s) of a completed Sweepstakes, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to [Company Legal Name], Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, [Registered Business Address] within [number] days after the Sweepstakes ends.

Sweepstakes law is highly state-specific. Before launch, a licensed attorney must confirm the excluded states, AMOE mechanics, entry caps, prize structure, ARV/odds disclosures, tax handling, and whether any state requires registration or bonding. This is a detailed template, not legal advice.
