AML & Identity Verification Policy
Our commitment to preventing fraud and financial crime, and what we may ask of you to keep the Service safe and lawful.
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Gautam Gaming is committed to operating honestly and lawfully and to helping prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and underage play. This policy summarizes the identity-verification (“KYC”) and anti-money-laundering (“AML”) measures we apply, and what we may ask of you. It supports our Terms of Service and is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
1. Our commitment
- We apply a risk-based program designed to detect and deter financial crime and fraud.
- We verify the identity, age, and eligibility of players where appropriate.
- We monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and take action when we see it.
- We cooperate with regulators and law enforcement as required by law.
2. Identity verification (KYC)
To use the Service — and in particular before we process certain deposits, loads, or payouts — we may ask you to provide and verify information such as:
- your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email;
- a valid government-issued photo ID, and where needed a selfie or “liveness” check to confirm it is you;
- proof of ownership of the payment method used; and
- where relevant, information about the source of your funds.
We may verify this information directly and through trusted identity-verification and fraud-prevention partners. We may pause, hold, limit, or decline any transaction, and restrict or close an account, until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3. When we ask for verification
Verification may be triggered, for example, when:
- you first transact, or before a payout;
- activity reaches certain thresholds, or is inconsistent with your history;
- there are signs of fraud, duplicate accounts, or third-party use of a payment method;
- information you provided cannot be confirmed; or
- verification is required by law or by a payment partner.
4. Ongoing monitoring
We monitor account and transaction activity on a risk-sensitive basis to identify patterns that may indicate fraud, structuring, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. We may request additional information or documentation at any time to understand and verify activity.
5. Sanctions and prohibited persons
We screen against applicable sanctions and watch lists (for example, lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control). We do not provide the Service to sanctioned persons, to persons in embargoed jurisdictions, or to anyone prohibited by law, and we will block or reject transactions as required.
6. Acceptable sources and prohibited activity
You must use only your own, lawfully obtained funds. The following are strictly prohibited:
- using funds derived from, or intended for, unlawful activity;
- using another person’s identity or payment method, or transacting on behalf of an undisclosed third party;
- structuring transactions to avoid thresholds or detection;
- using the Service to move, layer, or disguise the origin of funds; or
- providing false, misleading, or incomplete verification information.
7. Suspicious activity and reporting
Where we identify activity that appears suspicious or that we are required to report, we will take appropriate action, which may include filing reports with the relevant authorities and freezing or closing accounts. Where the law prohibits disclosure of a report (a “no-tipping-off” rule), we will not be able to tell you that a report has been made or explain the specific reason for a hold.
8. Recordkeeping
We retain identity, transaction, and verification records for the periods required by applicable law and for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. These records are kept secure and accessed only as necessary.
9. Consequences of non-compliance
If you do not complete verification, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activity, we may delay, hold, reverse, or decline transactions, withhold or forfeit balances or winnings to the extent permitted, suspend or close your account, and report to fraud-prevention networks or authorities as appropriate and lawful.
10. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with regulators, financial-crime authorities, and law enforcement, and will respond to valid legal requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
11. Questions
If you have questions about a verification request or this policy, contact us through live chat, the Contact page, or by email at support@gautamgaming.com.
Whether and how federal and state AML obligations (including any FinCEN money-services-business registration, a designated compliance officer, formal SAR/CTR procedures, and thresholds) apply to your specific business model must be assessed by qualified AML/legal counsel before launch. This is a detailed template summarizing intended practices, not legal advice.
